Telesales / Direct Sales Agent (Contract | Bank)

Responsibilities : Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote banking products such as cashline, balance transfer, and loans. Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable products. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs. Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, and eligibility criteria. Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Handle customer queries and follow up promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain updated records of customer interactions and sales activities. Participate in sales campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives. Qualifications : Minimum O Level qualification. 1–3 years of experience in telesales, direct sales, preferably in a banking industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused. Able to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
