(Senior) Sales Executive

This is a pure sales role — you won’t be doing recruitment yourself. Your focus is on opening doors, building relationships, generating demand, and winning new logos. You’ll be: Proactively identifying and securing new clients Driving job orders by engaging client-side hiring managers Spotting new companies entering the Singapore market and positioning ManpowerGroup as their recruitment partner of choice Partnering with our recruitment consultants to ensure smooth delivery once job orders are secured We’re looking for someone with: 1–3 years of experience in solutions-based selling A proven track record in hunting and winning new business Familiarity with the Singapore market and an eye for emerging opportunities Confidence, drive, and a love for fast-paced, project-driven environments Why join us?
