Key Responsibilities Act as the #primary point of contact ( #PIC ) for clients, senior stakeholders, and internal teams. Lead workplace and facilities operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-performing work environment. Deliver exceptional customer experience by managing requests, issues, escalations, and service improvements. Oversee technical building infrastructure including #HVAC , #electrical systems, #BMS , and M&E services. Requirements Diploma/ Degree in #Facilities Management, #Engineering , #Business Administration, or related discipline. 3 years or above of experience in facilities management, #workplace operations, technical services, data centre operations, or related environments.
