Shipping Optimisation Analyst — Systems & Operations (Energy Trading)

Industry: International energy leader headquartered in Europe Duration: 6-months contract Work location: CBD, hybrid work arrangement Working hours: 9:30am-6:30pm About the Job Voyage Management System Data Validation — Validate setup across ~60 vessels (fuel zones, scrubber configs, vessel data) and standardise warranted profiles to ensure a reliable baseline for all reporting and KPIs Dashboard Validation — Validate business logic across key dashboards (fleet register, earnings, claims handover, optimisation value tracker) and ensure outputs reflect commercial reality before go-live. Workflow Structuring & Migration — Restructure Excel-based workflows and migrate into systems to enable accurate live reporting SOP Development & Audit Readiness — Document all Shipping Optimisation team processes, workflows and controls as formal Standard Operating Procedures. Ensure the team's ways of working are clearly defined, consistently applied and fully evidenced ready for audit review Templates & Infrastructure — Develop key templates (vessel redelivery alerts, claims review coordination, voyage operator handover tracking) and support underlying reporting and admin setup Requirements Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience Hands-on experience with voyage management systems or similar Experience working across systems, data and business teams Experience supporting system setup / internal tools / dashboards Experience in workflow design, SOP documentation or audit processes Solid Excel and data validation skills – Macro , Pivot etc. Experience in Power BI / Snowflake / digital optimisation tools – or similar Ramos May Anne De Mesa - mayanne.ramos@manpower.com.sg Personnel Reg No: R1110127 Manpower Staffing Services (S) Pte Ltd EA Licence No: 02C3423
