Quality Control Leads (New Start Up Manufacturing / Electronics)

Focuses onleading inspection operations, enforcing process standards, and managing quality inspectors to prevent defects from reaching customers. Manage and evaluate day-to-day inspection activities of QC inspectors, ensuring all company policies and training are actively followed. Defect Prevention & Analysis: Prevent failures from reaching the customer. Conduct failure analyses, perform root cause investigations, and enforce corrective action follow-ups on inspection findings. Process Improvement: Suggest and implement optimization ideas to benefit the business and manufacturing process. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide timely feedback to the engineering team to improve quality documentation.
