Custom Logistics Executive (Tampines) 5 days office hours (Mon to Friday) Salary up to $3,500 per month with attractive bonuses Responsibilities Prepare and review export documentation (e.g. invoices, packing lists, certificates) to ensure accuracy and compliance Coordinate customs clearance and ensure adherence to Singapore regulations Manage shipment schedules and liaise with freight forwarders, brokers, and internal teams Monitor deliveries and resolve shipment issues promptly Maintain accurate shipment data and update internal systems Support documentation processes and ensure completeness of records Ensure compliance with trade regulations and assist in audits Identify and support continuous process improvements Requirements Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade or related fields 1–3 years of experience in customs, export documentation, or logistics Familiar with export declaration procedures and documentation Knowledge of Singapore customs regulations, HS Code, or trade compliance With ERP/SAP experience is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click on “Apply Now”.
