Sustainability Engineer (Audit, energy-saving, Critical Facilities Operation, UPS, Chiller, Engineering Support/ Central, 6K) About the role: Drive engineering excellence, optimisation, and compliance across data centre operations while partnering with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Act as SME for M&E, BMS, security, and DC operations Lead problem management aligned with ITIL practices Drive energy optimisation, audits, retrofits, and cost efficiency initiatives Manage certification programmes (e.g. TIA-942, ISO, Green Mark) end-to-end Oversee procurement, contracts, and technical service vendors Collaborate with project teams to improve design, build quality, and maintainability Develop and maintain technical standards, SOPs, and best practices Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, and industry standards Lead technical capability building across data centres Support customer technical audits and reporting Requirements: Diploma/Degree in M&E Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field Experienced or interested in critical facilities or data centre operations Good knowledge of MEP systems ( UPS, chillers, generators, etc.) Energy/environmental certifications (e.g. SCEM, LEED, Green Mark ) advantageous, good to have Good communication and stakeholder management skills Able to work independently under tight timelines If you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your application to winnie.chen(at)manpower.com.sg to learn more about this position.
