HR Operations Transformation Lead L 12-Month Contract

Key Responsibilities Manage the HR project workstream, including plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and governance reporting. Coordinate end-to-end employee transfer activities, including data validation, documentation, system updates, and transfer tracking. Partner with HR Shared Services, Payroll, HRIT, HR Business Partners, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery. Manage stakeholders across HR, Business, Legal, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Technology. Support employee communications, FAQs, manager toolkits, and change management activities. Ensure compliance with employment, data privacy, governance, and audit requirements. Lead reconciliation, reporting, dashboards, and progress updates for leadership and project forums. Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation opportunities. Required Skills & Experience Degree in Human Resources, Business, Operations, Project Management, or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Service Delivery, HR Project Management, or related functions. Proven experience delivering large-scale employee transfer, migration, restructuring, or organizational change initiatives. Excellent project management skills, including planning, governance, RAID management, and reporting. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience in data reconciliation, reporting, and analytical capabilities, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. Experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or similar platforms. Sound understanding of controls, audit requirements, operational risk management, and Singapore HR practices. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is good to have.
