About NSING NSING Technologies Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based IC design house and a member of NSING Technologies Inc, Shenzhen, PRC. Founded in Singapore in 2018, our team has deep expertise designing General MCU, Secure IC (TPM), BLE, and BMS (Battery Management System) products, architecting single- to multi-core designs incorporating ARM/GPU cores for maximum performance — backed by low-power modes, Secure-Zone© technology, and Smart IPs. NSING maintains full IC design capability in Singapore, spanning system architecture, front-end design, verification, FPGA, back-end, and software support. We have rolled out more than 80 MCU products, expanded into BMS as part of our new-energy strategy, established a Japanese subsidiary in Tokyo, and achieved global Common Criteria certification for our TPM products. We are now expanding our Singapore team to develop our next generation of high-performance, low-power AI-enabled MCU products for Edge computing. Your Role As Analog IC Design Manager, you will lead a team of analog and mixed-signal designers responsible for the architecture, circuit design, and silicon validation of critical analog IP — including DCDC converters, LDOs, PLLs, DACs, ADC and XOSCs — for our next-generation low-power AI-enabled MCU platforms. You will combine hands-on technical leadership with people management, driving both the technical roadmap and the growth of your team. Team Leadership: Lead and guide the analog design team in translating product specifications into architecture choices and an executable, resource-balanced design plan across every phase of the IC development cycle. Proactively identify risks and re-prioritize work as product and project needs evolve. Mentorship: Act as a mentor to each team member, providing hands-on technical guidance on circuit design, simulation, and layout collaboration. Invest in their long-term growth through regular coaching, skill-building, and career development conversations. Architecture Strategy: Own the architecture of analog/AMS IP from product specifications, working closely with product management to evaluate the performance trade-offs of each architecture option — with particular focus on power architecture for massive parallel AI workload computation. Circuit Design Oversight: Guide the design and development of analog and mixed-signal ICs including DC-DC converters, voltage regulators (LDO), PLLs, DACs, and XOSCs, ensuring designs meet performance, power, and area targets. Simulation & Modelling: Ensure rigorous circuit simulation practices (SPICE, Spectre, or similar) across all PVT corners, including AMS co-simulation with digital and software running AI workloads, to guarantee sustainable power at maximum frequency. Test & Characterization: Ensure every IP block includes built-in features to support characterization, testing, and validation at wafer level, package level, and SoC top level, aligned to product requirements. Modelling for Verification: Drive the development of accurate behavioral models (Verilog-A or Verilog) to support the SoC top-level verification strategy. Documentation Standards: Set the standard for concise, high-quality design documentation — architecture rationale, implementation details, transistor-level functionality, and supporting simulation results — for design reviews. Layout Collaboration: Ensure close collaboration between design and layout engineers, providing guidance on critical layout techniques to minimize parasitics and enhance performance. Validation & Testing: Oversee post-silicon validation and characterization of designed circuits, guiding the team's analysis of test data to identify issues and refine designs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key technical bridge between analog design, digital design, system, and process engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of analog and mixed-signal components into larger systems. Design Reviews: Participate actively in design reviews, offering constructive feedback and sound technical recommendations to surface potential issues early and strengthen overall design quality. Innovation: Stay current with the latest advancements in analog design techniques and technologies, including power management and AI-assisted design tools, and bring new ideas back to the team to keep NSING's analog design capability at the forefront of the industry.
