Sme & Corporate Banking Lending Specialist, Maribank

Job Responsibilities: Proactively prospect and acquire new SME and corporate customers to meet growth targets. Build a strong pipeline through cold calling, referrals, networking, and industry events. Engage key decision-makers to understand business needs and present MariBank's banking solutions. Manage end-to-end SME loan applications, approvals, and maintenance for a seamless customer experience. Conduct CDD, KYC, and onboarding reviews in line with regulatory and internal requirements. Collaborate with product, operations, risk, compliance, and credit teams to support business objectives. Contribute to process improvements and strategic initiatives, including digitalisation and data analytics. Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities. Job Requirements: Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or credit analyst role in the SME segment. Sound understanding of business financials and credit fundamentals, with the ability to identify quality business opportunities. Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills. Familiarity with SME banking products and solutions, having existing broker contacts is a strong plus.
