Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Engineer to plan, coordinate, and supervise piling and foundation works, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on marine and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and supervise piling and foundation works to meet project specifications and timelines Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to facilitate smooth project execution Prepare detailed method statements, work schedules, progress reports, and maintain accurate site documentation Assist in project planning by allocating resources and controlling costs to optimize project delivery Attend site meetings and proactively resolve technical issues arising during construction Interpret construction drawings and technical specifications to guide site coordination and execution Communicate clearly and solve problems to maintain project progress and team alignment Work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals Required competencies and certifications Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience in piling, foundation, or geotechnical works Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience with bored piling, sheet piling, driven piling, diaphragm wall, RCD, or other foundation systems Experience in marine construction projects Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence Other Information Benefits Competitive remuneration package Career growth and development opportunities Exposure to major infrastructure, foundation, and marine projects Supportive and dynamic working environment
