Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Construction Join Marina Technology and Construction Pte Ltd We are a growing construction company in Singapore seeking a dedicated and motivated Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team. Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions. Evaluate quotations and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare and manage subcontract agreements. Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and final accounts. Verify subcontractor and supplier progress claims. Track project budgets and cost forecasts. Prepare monthly cost reports and cash flow projections. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on contractual and commercial matters. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with contract requirements. Assist in procurement and material sourcing. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of relevant QS experience in the construction industry. Good knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and tendering procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and quantity surveying software. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Experience Experience in marine, civil engineering, infrastructure, or building construction projects. Familiarity with Singapore construction practices and contract administration.
