We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support professional to support onboarding and operational processes with a leading Wealth Management firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing onboarding documentation, coordinating onboarding workflows, maintaining client records, and supporting operational activities that contribute to a seamless client experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with documentation, process management, and administrative coordination in a fast-paced financial services environment. Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding Administration Support the onboarding process by preparing, reviewing, and processing client onboarding documentation. Ensure onboarding forms and supporting documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within required timelines. Track onboarding progress and maintain onboarding status updates. Follow up on outstanding documentation and onboarding requirements. Assist with onboarding-related administrative tasks and workflow coordination. Ensure onboarding records are maintained in accordance with internal policies and procedures. Coordinate the collection and organization of client documentation required for onboarding and ongoing servicing activities. Document Management & Record Maintenance Maintain accurate electronic and physical client files. Organize, archive, and retrieve client documentation as required. Ensure documentation is filed and maintained according to established procedures. Perform periodic reviews of client files to ensure completeness and accuracy. Monitor document validity and coordinate document refreshes or updates when required. Support document retention and records management initiatives.
