Client Relationship Manager / Senior Client Relationship Manager (Corporate Team)

Plan and execute client strategies to ensure retention and revenue growth for a corporate portfolio of insurance and flexible benefits programs. Manage the end-to-end renewal process, including benchmarking, claims analysis, and compliance with internal and regulatory procedures. Requires prior experience in the Employee Benefits segment of the insurance/broking industry and a mandatory MAS qualification. Candidates must possess strong domain knowledge in health and benefits consulting along with excellent communication and analytical skills.
