Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to enhance efficiency. Qualifications: Years' experience as a Food operations manager or related role Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
