Assistant QA/QC Engineer

Job Description: As an Assistant QA/QC Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products throughout the production assembly phase. You will assist the QA/QC Manager with progressive quality checks, final inspections, and work closely with our customers' quality teams for factory acceptance tests and handover processes. Your responsibilities will also include fronting customer audits and implementing robust quality management systems within the company. Key Responsibilities: Assist the QA/QC Manager in conducting progressive quality checks during the production assembly phase. Perform final quality checks before product delivery. Collaborate with customer quality teams for factory acceptance tests and handover tests. Assist in customer audits and address any quality-related concerns. Implement and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards. Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for quality issues. Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and records. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements to continuously improve quality processes. Requirements: Diploma in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field. Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and software.
