About this role

The Principal AI Engineer will serve as a subject matter expert, leading the design and operationalization of complex, production-grade agentic systems, particularly multi-agent, multi-tool solutions. Responsibilities include architecting advanced AI/ML systems, defining safe tool-use patterns, establishing AgentOps/LLMOps practices, and driving measurable improvements in system effectiveness and safety. Candidates must have a strong foundation in software engineering, distributed systems, and applied machine learning relevant to production AI systems, along with demonstrated ownership of production AI/ML systems throughout their lifecycle. Required experience includes shipping complex agentic systems into production and defining/operationalizing observability and reliability practices for these systems.
