This includes advising business teams on AP region laws, managing regulatory registrations, and negotiating privacy language in agreements.
A law degree and license to practice are required, along with prior experience in privacy and data protection and expertise in Privacy by Design. Knowledge of financial services, payment processing, and AI ethical frameworks is highly preferred.
