Project Engineer

[Key Responsibilities] Assist the Site/Project Manager in managing M&E project activities and site coordination. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Review M&E drawings, specifications, and technical submissions. Coordinate drawings, material submissions, and site technical matters. Follow-up M&E installation works and ensure compliance with approved drawings and method statements. Conduct site inspections and quality checks. Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities. Prepare project documentation, progress reports, RFIs, inspection records, and other project-related documents. Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and project specifications. [Job Requirements] Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Possess at least BCSS/WSHMCI certification. 1-2 years of relevant experience in M&E construction. Knowledge of M&E systems, installation procedures, and construction practices. Conversant with contract specifications and requirements. Familiar with MS Office applications and design software like AutoCAD or BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools. Strong communication skills to liaise with contractors, site workers, and utility agencies. Able to converse in English & Mandarin. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
