Laboratory Manager / Laboratory Supervisor

岗位职责 | Responsibilities 负责实验室整体运营管理，确保实验室工作符合公司标准及行业要求 Manage overall laboratory operations and ensure compliance with company standards and industry requirements 负责实验室供应链管理，包括实验耗材、设备及相关资源采购协调 Manage laboratory supply chain, including procurement coordination for consumables, equipment and related resources 负责实验室相关资质申请、维护及合规管理，确保符合政府部门要求 Manage laboratory licenses, certifications and compliance requirements to meet government regulations 持续提升实验室检测质量及工作标准，确保符合高标准质量要求 Improve laboratory testing quality and maintain high standards of laboratory performance 根据相关政府部门要求（如NEA、MOM等），建立并执行实验室安全、环保及管理规范 Ensure laboratory safety, environmental and operational practices comply with relevant government requirements (e.g. NEA, MOM) 与技术负责人及各部门协作，推动实验室流程优化及项目执行 Collaborate with Technical Manager and relevant departments to improve laboratory processes and support project execution 负责实验室团队管理、人员安排及日常工作协调 Manage laboratory personnel, work scheduling and daily operations coordination 完成管理层安排的其他相关工作 Perform other duties assigned by management 任职要求 | Requirements 具备实验室管理或相关行业工作经验者优先 Prior experience in laboratory management or related industries is preferred 具备团队管理、人员培训及日常工作协调经验 Experience in team management, staff training and daily operations coordination 具备良好的安全意识、质量管理意识及问题解决能力 Strong awareness of safety, quality standards and problem-solving skills 能使用中文沟通，能够与中国团队进行有效协调与合作 Able to communicate in Chinese and collaborate effectively with China-based teams 工作认真负责，具备领导能力及团队合作精神 Responsible, proactive and able to lead and work well with a team 其他信息 | Additional Information 欢迎新加坡公民及永久居民（PR）申请 Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents (PR) are welcome to apply 欢迎即刻加入的候选人申请 Candidates who are available to join immediately are welcome to apply 公司将提供技术及相关专业培训，帮助员工提升专业能力 The company will provide technical and relevant professional training to enhance employees’ skills and knowledge 公司提供良好的发展机会及职业成长空间 We provide good career development opportunities and growth prospects
