Job Highlights Location: Central Working Hours: 8.45am to 6.15pm Working Days: 5-days Job Description Sales & Lead Management: Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Independently drive sales, proactively generate new leads, and rigorously follow up on existing pipelines to maximize conversions. Client Viewings: Schedule, coordinate, and conduct professional on-site center viewings for prospective clients, tailoring your pitch to meet their specific needs. Lead Distribution: Manage and optimize the distribution of incoming leads to ensure swift response times and high efficiency. Marketing & Network Expansion: Strategic Networking: Build, nurture, and leverage relationships with external partners and corporate agents to expand our client base. Marketing Campaigns: Design, develop, and execute creative marketing programs and initiatives to boost center visibility and attract high-quality inquiries. Operations & Reporting: Sales Performance: Meet and exceed established individual and center sales quotas to drive business growth. Data & Reporting: Track sales metrics, maintain accurate records, and prepare timely sales reports for management review. Daily Operations: Overseas daily center operations to ensure a premium experience for both prospective and existing clients. Job Requirements Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven B2B or B2C sales/business development experience (experience in commercial leasing, co-working, hospitality, or center management is a strong plus). Mindset: Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial—someone who genuinely wants to help grow the center's business. Teamwork: A flexible, adaptable professional who collaborates seamlessly with internal teams. Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Mandarin is required, as the role entails managing and serving a significant portfolio of Mandarin-speaking clients.
