HR Executive (L&D/Recruitment)

An expansion IT company that requires the incumbent to support and manage the implementation of various HR initiatives and programs to support the business which include recruitment and retention, staff engagement, learning and development, employee relations/welfare and office administration. Job Highlights Industry: IT (SME) Location: Kaki Bukit Working Days: Monday to Friday Job Responsibilities Responsible for HR functions such as Talent Acquisition or Learning and Development Provide strategic advice to management and functional leaders on HR related matters Develop, implement and enhance HR policies, procedures and initiatives aligned with best practices to support business objectives and growth Develop and implement learning and development strategy for the organisation, familiarity with competency framework, curriculum design & facilitation Support HR projects and other relevant duties as required Job Requirements Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent with 2 years' relevant experience Good working knowledge of Employment Act, local labour legislations and other statutory requirements Strong background in the area of recruitment and/or learning and development preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Resourceful, hands-on and a self-starter Experience in IT industry is advantageous By submitting your personal data and/or resume to us in connection with your job application, you will be deemed to have agreed and consented to us in collecting, using, retaining, and disclosing your personal data and/or resume to prospective employers for the purpose of the evaluating, processing and administration by company relating to this job application.
