About this role

Job Description Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including manpower planning, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels. Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, competencies, and cultural fit. Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Prepare and present candidate profiles, interview summaries, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders. Manage offer negotiations and coordinate pre-employment documentation, reference checks, and onboarding activities. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on hiring progress, recruitment performance, and market trends. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Maintain accurate recruitment records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in a timely manner. Collaborate with HR and business leaders on employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and campus hiring activities. Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies, employment legislation, and data protection requirements. Stay updated on industry trends, labour market developments, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices. Support HR projects and undertake other duties assigned by management . Job Requirements Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline. Experience managing the full recruitment cycle for multiple positions simultaneously. Strong knowledge of recruitment sourcing techniques, interview methodologies, and candidate assessment. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and online recruitment platforms. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities and meet recruitment deadlines. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and fair employment practices will be an advantage. CEI Certification (Basic or Comprehensive) is preferred for candidates with agency recruitment experience. Experience in employer branding, campus recruitment, or talent pipeline development will be an added advantage. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing business priorities. Willing to undertake additional responsibilities assigned by management to support HR and business operations. 6-day work a week
