2907 Fire Safety Manager (Fsm)

Work Location Singapore Island Country Club (SICC) Island Location Bukit Location Contract Period: 1 OCT 2026 – 30 NOV 2027 Job Scope The Fire Safety Manager shall be registered and appointed for SICC at both Island & Bukit locations according to SCDF scope and requirements under Tier 1 & Tier 3 premises. The Fire Safety Manager service shall include, but not be limited to, the following duties: Perform monthly inspections on site premises to ensure fire safety compliance and provide fire safety inspection reports. Attend the pre-fire certification renewal testing and endorse Form FSSD-CED-FC01/02/03 as the FSM. Review and update the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) when necessary for the premises. Familiarize the occupants in the building with the evacuation procedures by conducting:Two (2) fire drills;Two (2) tabletop exercises; andFire safety training within the period of twelve (12) months. Evaluate together with the Fire Safety Representative the effectiveness of the Arson Prevention Plan and the Emergency Response Plan for the premises. Ensure and advise that the fire safety and protection systems in the building are maintained to the standard that meets the local statutory requirements. Ensure that the building is free of fire hazards by advising the management on good fire safety practices. Liaise and coordinate with the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) on all matters pertaining to fire safety and its requirements on behalf of the building owner. Prepare the Annual Fire Safety Report and submit it to SCDF in the specified format. Advise the occupier/owner on the forming of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) and submission of the CERT members' organization chart to SCDF. Notify the FSD Commissioner immediately upon the occurrence of any fire incident in the premises. Requirements Be registered and appointed as the Fire Safety Manager (FSM) for SICC.
