Job Summary A restaurant management trainee role providing hands-on training in restaurant operations, financial management, customer service, food safety, and staff supervision to develop future restaurant management professionals. Responsibilities Support the restaurant manager in coordinating daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery Deliver attentive customer service by greeting and serving guests to enhance their dining experience Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment to meet hygiene standards Manage inventory by assisting with stock monitoring and ordering supplies to prevent shortages Train and supervise staff to improve team performance and service quality Assist in preparing budgets and financial reports to support effective restaurant financial management Enforce compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe dining environment
