Due to business growth, we are looking for a Labour Coordinator to manage the full coordination process for workers upon arrival. 工作内容 / Job Responsibilities 从机场接送工人 / Pick up and transport workers from the airport 带领工人体检并领取体检报告 / Accompany workers for medical check-ups and collect medical reports 送工人到雇主处报到 / Escort workers to report at their employer's premises 安排工人住宿 / Arrange accommodation for workers 处理劳务纠纷与退费事宜 / Handle labour disputes and refund matters 合作方式与待遇 / Cooperation Terms & Compensation 合作制度，非全职雇佣关系 / Freelance/cooperation basis, not full-time employment 基本服务费用按单结算 / Basic service fees paid per assignment 劳务纠纷及退费处理按单另行结算 / Labour dispute and refund handling compensated separately, per case 要求可长期稳定合作 / Long-term, stable cooperation required 任职要求 / Requirements 有驾照及自备车辆者优先 / Valid driver's license and own vehicle preferred 熟悉新加坡本地劳务/移民相关流程者优先 / Familiarity with Singapore labour/immigration procedures preferred 责任心强，能妥善处理突发状况及纠纷 / Responsible, able to handle emergencies and disputes calmly 具备良好沟通能力，能与工人及雇主有效协调 / Good communication skills for coordinating with workers and employers 能配合不定时工作安排（含接机、体检等临时任务）/ Able to accommodate flexible/on-call scheduling (airport pickups, medical check-ups, etc.)
