Job Summary Join MindChamps MindSpace at Central Plaza (right on top of Tiong Bahru MRT), Tiong Bahru, to deliver unique enrichment programs, support primary school children’s learning, and maintain a safe, engaging classroom environment. Responsibilities Implement class programs according to the centre’s policies, guidelines, framework, and philosophy to ensure consistent delivery Deliver MindChamps enrichment programs in English, Maths, Science, and Chinese aligned with the established curriculum and your personal competencies Guide primary school children (Primary 1 to 5) to complete daily homework assignments to reinforce learning Maintain accurate records of each child’s progress and tailor support to meet their individual educational and developmental needs Prepare and organize teaching resources and arrange the classroom to create a conducive learning environment Build and sustain positive relationships with children and parents to enhance learning and development outcomes Demonstrate creativity and a positive mindset to serve as an inspiring role model for students Ensure the safe and timely transfer of students from school to the student centre Monitor and maintain the safety of children within the centre premises at all times Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Centre Director or Centre Manager to support centre operations Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience working with Ministry of Education (MoE) schools or tuition centres will be viewed favourably
