Job Summary Join the MindChamps after-school program "MindSpace" at Central Plaza, (directly above Tiong Bahru MRT), supporting primary school children’s learning and development through guided homework assistance, enrichment activities, and a safe, positive environment. Responsibilities Assist in implementing the MindSpace program following centre policies, guidelines, framework, and philosophy Guide primary school children (Primary 1 to 5) to complete daily homework assignments Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and address individual educational and developmental needs Prepare and maintain teaching resources and ensure the classroom environment is organized and conducive to learning Build and maintain positive relationships with children and parents to support student development Support the delivery of MindChamps enrichment programmes to enhance children’s learning experiences Demonstrate a creative spirit and positive mindset as an inspiring role model for children Apply positive discipline techniques consistently to encourage good behaviour Ensure the safety and timely transfer of students from school to the student centre Monitor and maintain children’s safety within the premises at all times Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Centre Director Musts be Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident.
