Quantity Surveyor / Project Admin

Responsibilities: Preparing project & tender quotation with proper follow up Work closely with project team in regards to project claims Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management; Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system Assist in resolving any administrative problems; Procurement – Costing management, purchasing Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Able to read and understand floor plan / construction drawings Well-organized, able to work under tight timeline and most importantly Meticulous Required languages: English and Mandarin (to be able liaise and communicate with Mandarin-speaking production team) A team player that has high level of commitment to Fast track career progression work Wiling to learn At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
