Senior Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities Lead tender preparation and submission for public sector projects on GeBIZ, Sesami, Ariba Etc Review ITT, drawings, specifications, and contract conditions. Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and pricing sheets. Source and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers for competitive quotes. Perform risk and margin analysis before submission. Manage post-award contracts: payment claims, VO submissions, EOT claims. Maintain updated costing database (labour, materials, subcontractors) Liaise with consultants, clients, and project managers on contract matters Requirements Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Min. 7–10 years of experience, preferably with GeBIZ / HDB / LTA / PUB projects. Strong knowledge of SIA, PSSCOC, and BCA contract conditions. Good negotiation skills with suppliers/subcontractors. Proficiency in MS Excel; CostX or Cubit is a plus. Independent, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Required language(s): English Required Skill(s): Autocad, Microsoft Office
