Job highlight Up to $13,000 Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM) On-call duties as required AWS, VB Responsibilities Lead the Operating Theatre unit by setting departmental goals and ensuring high standards of nursing care. Oversee staff induction, competency assessments, training, recruitment, and career development for the nursing team. Monitor and improve patient care quality through nursing evaluations, incident reviews, and implementation of clinical policies and procedures. Manage manpower planning, duty rosters, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient and effective operations. Skills / Experience Required Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; postgraduate qualification in Perioperative or Perianaesthesia Nursing preferred. Registered Nurse with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar leadership role within an Operating Theatre setting. Strong leadership, communication, staff management, and operational planning skills. Willing to work a 5-day work week and be on-call when required.
