Job Highlights Located at Tuas 5 Day Work Week Salary: Up to $7,000 Car Allowance: $2,150 Handphone Allowance: $150 Biannual Commission (based on team performance) Year-End Bonus (Avg. 2.5 months) Permanent role Job Summary Lead distribution strategy and drive revenue growth across key markets by managing distributor networks, developing new business, and strengthening client relationships in the construction materials sector. KeyResponsibilities Develop and execute distribution and market expansionstrategies Lead, manage, and grow distributor networks whileidentifying new business opportunities Drive sales across sectors such as construction,transportation, manufacturing, and waterproofing/roofing Build and maintain strong relationships with keyaccounts to maximise revenue growth Develop marketing plans, pricing strategies, and sales tools to penetrate target markets Collaborate with technical and customer service teams to ensure strong product positioning and client support Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer performance to identify growth opportunities Oversee sales operations including reporting, forecasting, quotations, and issue resolution Job Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in distribution /sales within construction materials or related industry Strong knowledge of sealing, bonding, waterproofing, or roofing systems Proven track record in driving revenue growth through distributor networks and direct sales channels Experience managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Possess own vehicle and willing to travel as required Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
