Our client is seeking a Sports & Recreation Operations team member to support the daily operations, safety and upkeep of its sports and recreation facilities. The role also involves supporting events, assisting members and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all. Working Hours: 5-day work week, shift-based AM Shift: 7:00am – 2:30pm PM Shift: 2:30pm – 10:00pm Must be able to work weekends and Public Holiday Benefits: AWS (13th Month) + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave Transport: Complimentary shuttle bus from Bedok MRT and Tampines (near Century Square) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Support daily operations, cleanliness, safety and upkeep of sports and recreation facilities, equipment and surrounding areas. Monitor facility usage and conduct membership verification checks. Ensure compliance with Club rules, policies and safety requirements. Assist in planning and conducting sports tournaments, swimming competitions, recreational activities and Club events. Attend to members’ enquiries and provide excellent customer service. Coordinate with internal departments, contractors and vendors on maintenance, repairs and upgrading works. Conduct routine facility inspections and First Aid/AED checks. Support emergency preparedness and workplace safety initiatives. Maintain inventory records, equipment, assets, operational documentation and key control. REQUIREMENTS GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Sports Management, Sports Science or related discipline. Relevant certifications in personal training, fitness instruction, sports coaching, First Aid, CPR or AED are advantageous. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
