Benefits Summaries: Salary up $5200 (Based on experiences and qualification) 5.5 Days Office Hours (Compressed work week applicable, 1 Sat duty after 3-4 weeks after being stable) AWS + Performance bonuses + Variable bonuses + Yearly Increment Location: Within West Region Great opportunities & exposure for Career Development Training Provided Job Descriptions Supporting the Manager and cross-functional teams, coordinating and planning clinic activities, utilization of manpower and resources, to ensure cost efficiency, effective management and smooth daily operations of the clinic. Support the implementation of new initiatives such as Healthier SG, Social Prescribing and Age Well SG and support the drive to achieve service excellence and continuous improvement. Oversee administrative activities like staff scheduling, patient flow, inventory management, and facility management, and be involved in planning and implementing strategies, proposals and activities to improve work processes, and work collaboratively with clinical, nursing, allied health professionals, diagnostics, and other service departments within the clinic. Opportunity to collaborate with team members across other workgroups, clinics or HQ, focusing on manpower planning, training and development, digital and service transformation, policy and workflows, new clinics development, and emergency planning.
