Benefits & Remuneration: Basic Salary: $1,800 per month Attractive Allowances: Daily meal, transport, and shift allowances provided Overtime (OT): High OT potential (20 to 40 hours) Monthly Gross Salary: Up to $2500 - $2800+ AWS (13-month bonus), Performance Bonus, Medical Benefit, Yearly Increment, Annual Leave Working Hours: 4-days work week (based on roster, including weekends and PH) 7.30am to 7.30pm / 7.30pm to 7.30am Can choose Fixed Morning or Fixed Night shift. Job Responsibilities: Operate and maintain production machinery safely and efficiently. Pack batteries and ensure strict quality control standards are met. Adhere to all factory safety regulations and guidelines. Load/unload raw materials and finished products Working Requirements: Able to lift and carry heavy loads up to 15kg.
