Job Highlights: MNC Manufacturer Up to $5,000 AWS + VB Expo (Walking distance from MRT) Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer administration. Coordinate onboarding activities and prepare employment contracts, new hire documentation, and orientation schedules. Manage HR documentation throughout the employee lifecycle, including confirmation, promotion, transfer, salary adjustments, and offboarding. Administer work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, employee benefits, insurance enrolment, medical claims, attendance, leave, and HRIS records. Support payroll preparation by ensuring accurate employee data and HR records. Coordinate learning and development programmes, including training schedules, logistics, vendor coordination, and training records. Organise employee engagement activities, wellness programmes, company events, and internal HR communications. Prepare HR reports, statistics, presentations, and support HR process improvement initiatives. Assist with office administration, facilities coordination, and other HR & administrative duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 2–4 years of HR and/or Administration experience . Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle is preferred. Familiarity with Singapore Employment Act and statutory HR practices. Experience with HRIS and payroll systems will be an advantage. Prior experience in a multinational company is an added advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
