About this role

1. Relationship Management & Retention Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the dedicated liaison for assigned client accounts, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand our products/services and get maximum value from day one. Proactive Engagement: Conduct regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and performance reviews to gauge client satisfaction and anticipate their needs. Retention Strategies: Monitor account health and proactively implement retention strategies for accounts showing signs of dissatisfaction or churn risk. 2. Issue Resolution & Support Escalation Handling: Act as the first point of escalation for complex client issues, coordinating with internal teams (Sales, Operations etc) to provide swift and effective solutions. Problem Solving: Investigate client complaints with empathy and a analytical mindset, ensuring root causes are addressed to prevent recurrence. Requirements: Minimum Diploma CEI Certificate is preferred. A results-oriented mindset with a passion for talent management and organizational growth.
