Job Summary : -Location: Admiralty - Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM - Salary: Up $2,800 - Company Transport: Available from Admiralty MRT Benefits : -Meals Provided -Uniform & Jacket Provided -AWS (13th Month Bonus) -Performance Bonus -5-Day Work Week Job Responsibilities : Ensure food manufacturing processes comply with food safety standards, product specifications, and regulatory requirements. Assist in implementing and maintaining ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, Halal, and SFA documentation and standards. Conduct routine inspections and in-process product checks to ensure quality compliance. Support customer audits, regulatory inspections, and factory visits. Follow up on corrective actions and documentation arising from audits and inspections. Report any product or process non-conformances to the Executive or Manager promptly. Maintain accurate quality control records and documentation. Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management. Requirements : Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, or related discipline preferred. Basic knowledge of local and international food safety standards is an advantage. Able to work in a chilled environment (10°C – 15°C). Team player with good communication skills. Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
