Key Responsibilities: Design and implement learning and development programmes that enhance employee capabilities and support long-term organisational growth Identify training needs across teams through performance reviews, feedback sessions, and comprehensive skills gap analysis Develop engaging training materials, workshop guides, and learning resources tailored to different roles and experience levels Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, structured onboarding programmes, and professional development initiatives end-to-end Manage training schedules, learning resources, and external facilitators to ensure smooth and consistently effective programme delivery Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through participant assessments, feedback forms, and post-training performance data Partner with business leaders and HR teams to ensure all learning initiatives are fully aligned with organisational goals and workforce needs Stay updated on adult learning principles, digital learning trends, and industry best practices to keep all programmes innovative and impactful Requirements: Minimum Diploma and above Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and trying new approaches Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply — training will be provided EA License Number: 25C2980 Disclaimer: By applying, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for recruitment purposes in accordance with Singapore's PDPA.
