Facility Management Executive

We are looking for a Facility Management Executive Job Description: Oversee the daily facilities operations and maintenance activities to ensure smooth and efficient building operations. Coordinate and supervise maintenance works. Monitor the performance of vendors and contractors to ensure services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements. Plan, schedule, and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance works. Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and common areas to identify maintenance issues and ensure a safe working environment. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues relating to building services and facilities systems. Support facilities-related projects, renovations, installations, and upgrading works. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements. Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, service reports, inspections, and equipment documentation. Coordinate meetings with contractors, tenants, clients, or stakeholders when required. Prepare reports, quotations, work schedules, and other facilities-related documentation. Respond to operational issues and emergencies in a timely and professional manner. Assist in budgeting, cost control, and procurement of facilities-related services and materials. Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time. Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management. Minimum 2 relevant experience in facilities management, building maintenance, property management, or a related field.
