M&E Quantity Surveyor (Plumbing & Sanitary)

JOB DESCRIPTION: Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities, cost estimates, and project budgeting. Conduct price comparisons and prepare detailed costing summaries Monitor project costs, track variations, and ensure cost control throughout the project. Prepare and submit progress claims, assess progress payments, and handle final account settlements. Liaise with consultants, architects, developers, and contractors on claims certification and project matters. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in a relevant engineering or construction-related discipline.
