• Main Contractor • 5 Days | HQ Based • Preferred Candidates handling M&E QS duties Our Client is a leading Civil Contractor that provides engineering & construction for Civil & Infrastructure projects. With increasing projects in the pipeline locally & overseas, they are seeking experienced and professional individuals to join their local team. Responsibilities Oversee the complete range of M&E Quantity Surveyor duties, including tender preparation, pre-contract activities, and post-contract administration. This includes reviewing contracts, performing quantity take-offs, preparing bills of quantities, and selecting subcontractors, with a focus on M&E disciplines. Manage contract and subcontract administration, including preparing progress claims, handling variation orders, and verifying claims from subcontractors and suppliers Requirements Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical Engineering, with at least 5 years of experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor. Experience in a QS consultancy environment. Strong technical expertise in measurement, cost estimation, construction technology, contracts, and legal aspects. Proficient in professional practice and contract administration processes. Capable of independently managing QS functions within a project and demonstrating strong teamwork skills.
