About this role

Job Description: 1. Digital Marketing & Content Management Create, manage, and maintain content for the company website, social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and promotional materials. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. Manage the company's social media platforms, content calendar, and online presence. Monitor and analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximise effectiveness. Support the design and coordination of marketing materials, brochures, presentations, EDMs, and promotional content. Assist in organising exhibitions, customer events, seminars, and product launches. 2. Website, SEO & E-Commerce Management Manage and maintain company website content, ensuring information is accurate, updated, and aligned with business objectives. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility and search rankings. Monitor website traffic, user engagement, and performance using analytics tools. Manage product listings, online catalogues, pricing updates, and promotional activities across e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. Monitor e-commerce sales performance and prepare reports on key performance metrics.\Coordinate with external vendors on website enhancements, hosting, maintenance, and platform improvements. 3. AI, Digitalisation &Automation Initiatives Support the implementation, adoption, and optimisation of AI and automation tools, including Microsoft Co-pilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, CRM automation, and related technologies. Identify opportunities to enhance productivity and operational efficiency through digital solutions and process automation. Support system testing, implementation, user onboarding, and training activities. Develop user guides, training materials, and best practices for digital tools and AI applications. Keep abreast of emerging digital technologies, AI developments, and industry trends to recommend improvement opportunities. 4. IT Coordination & Systems Support Act as the primary liaison between internal users and external IT vendors for hardware, software, websites, and business applications Coordinate IT asset management, software subscriptions, user access requests, and equipment procurement. Maintain records of IT assets, licences, subscriptions, and digital platforms. Support troubleshooting, system enhancements, and digital platform administration. 5. Facilities & Office Management Coordinate office facilities maintenance, repair works, workspace improvements, and office administration activities. Manage office service providers, contractors, building management, and maintenance vendors. Monitor office equipment, meeting rooms, pantry supplies, security access, and workplace facilities. Support workplace safety, business continuity initiatives, and office operational requirements. 6. Vendor & Business Operations Support Source quotations, coordinate vendor engagements, and monitor service performance. Support contract administration, renewal tracking, and service agreement management. Assist with operational improvement projects and cross-functional initiatives. Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and management updates where required. Support departmental documentation, audits, compliance activities, and process improvement initiatives. 7. Continuous Improvement Identify areas for operational improvement and recommend innovative solutions. Support digital transformation projects and drive adoption of new technologies across the business. Promote best practices in operational efficiency, digitalisation, and workplace productivity. Job Requirement Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Operations Management, Communications, or related disciplines. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, digital marketing, website administration, e-commerce, IT coordination, or business operations support. Experience managing websites, social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, and online content. Experience in vendor management, facilities management, and project coordination is an advantage. Basic knowledge of CRM systems, SEO, website management, and data analytics tools preferred. Certification in Digital Marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, AI tools, or related fields will be an added advantage.
