Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Environment Managementspecifically in Banking domain, combined with a strong background in cloudrelated technology to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsiblefor end-to-end ownership to fit-for-purpose functioning of the environmentswhile the Specialists are expected to keep the test environments fullyfunctional. Driving innovation and managing stakeholders are expected to be adefault requirement. Roles & Responsibilities: · Design and Deliver technology solutions to build test environments inAgile fashion including, but not limited to, sprint planning, complexityanalysis, stand-up and retrospective meetings. · Participate in technical designs for new application and changes toexisting applications including infrastructure design, data modelling andsystem interfaces. · Perform application Build tasks and support in application codingusing J2EE & RDBMS technologies for interfacing with upstream / downstreamapplications. · In Coordination with Infrastructure operations, procure, setup andmaintain all test environments used by the applications. · Establish and support automated deployments. · Communicate timely build status on Build items delivery managers, aswell as raise / work to resolve issues impacting Build. · Adhere to group standards, risk management and security policies Deliverables · Environment Design to support multiple releases, modules and countries · Fit-for-purpose test environment maintenance · Build Upstream / Downstream stubs as applicable · Design and implement Automated environment monitoring · Stakeholder Management · Reporting and KPIs Preferred Skills: · · Should possess excellent Knowledge in DevOps, Cloud Deployment,Pipeline Management and relevant Cloud Technologies. · Scripting: Python, Windows and Unix scripting · Tools: Jenkins, WebSphere, Jenkins, GIT, Maven, ANT, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, helm and Prometheus · DB: Oracle, SQL* Server, Postgresql · OS: Linux, Wintel and Unix · Cloud – AWS, Azure · Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and projectleadership skills · Team leadership skills Qualifications and Personal Attributes: · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, InformationSystems, Software Engineering, or related field · Strategic thinking with a hands-on, detail-oriented mindset · Willing and able to be hands-on in task execution during capabilitybuild-out · Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including theability to influence senior executive · Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with ability tointerpret technical designs through a risk lens · Effective in both programmatic reviews and deep-dive technical assurance · Proactive, self-motivated and resourceful, able to work in a fast-paced,regulated environment · Assertive, adaptable and self-aware
