Be part of an established digital agency backed by a NASDAQ-listed parent company Sell a comprehensive range of digital solutions including Website Development, SEO, SEM, Paid Advertising, Social Media Marketing, AI Automation, and more Strong marketing support with quality inbound leads alongside outbound opportunities Work with experienced specialists across web development, creative design, content, SEO, SEM, and project management Clear career progression with opportunities to grow into leadership roles Competitive remuneration with an attractive commission structure Key Responsibilities Achieving sales targets and KPIs set by the Direct Supervisor Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, conduct of cold calls, and relevant outreach activities Identifying new sales opportunities with new and existing clients Attending face-to-face or virtual client meetings to understand business needs and pitch our solutions Effectively managing existing client relationships to retain revenue Develop relationships with existing and potential clients through regular engagements Provide consultation and insights to SME business owners in Singapore on how to digitize their business with new technologies Use relevant marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, to understand clients’ digital marketing performance and propose solutions to clients What’ll You Need Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field Proven track record of success in sales and business development Hunter mentality and a “no fear” approach to prospecting corporate clients A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and genuine desire to learn Good sales pitch & presentation skills to advocate for and present ideas to our clients Resourceful, independent, and able to work well under pressure At least 3 - 4 years of B2B sales experience Candidates with prior experience in related fields can be favourably considered Candidates with Web or SEM/SEO/SMA/SMM knowledge and experience will be an advantage What You’ll Get?
