About this role

Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales and operations teams. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel for assigned staff. Prepare and maintain accurate records, including customer files, purchase orders, and inventory control. Process invoices, manage expense reports, and ensure timely payments. Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations. Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and preparation of materials. Answer phones professionally, respond to inquiries, and direct calls as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with the medical device industry (a plus). Understanding of and experience working with Health Sciences Authority (HSA) and National Environment Agency (NEA) regulations (highly preferred). Able to use MYOB.
