About this role

Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and other sales activities to achieve sales targets and business growth. Sales Cycle Management Manage the full sales cycle, including customer enquiries, quotations, order processing, delivery coordination, and payment collection. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong customer relationships while providing excellent pre-salesand after-sales support. Customer Support & Issue Resolution Handle customer complaints, product issues, and service-related matters, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Payment Collection Follow up on outstanding invoices and overdue payments to ensure timely collection and account reconciliation. Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer support. Sales Reporting & Administration Prepare regular sales reports, sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Market Intelligence Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and improve sales performance. Operational Support Support deliveries, site visits, product demonstrations, exhibitions, training sessions, and other operational activities when required. General Undertake any other ad-hoc duties and assignments as assigned by Management. Requirements: Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification. Preferably with a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset. Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Good organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Candidates with experience in medical devices, healthcare products, B2B sales, or related industries will have an added advantage. Malaysian are welcome to apply.
