Senior Business Process Improvement Analyst

The Senior Business Process Improvement Analyst role is critical to sustaining site-wide productivity, cost performance, and compliance. Without this position, key continuous improvement initiatives—including Lean deployment, problem-solving facilitation, KPI governance, and cost-reduction projects—will slow down or stall, directly impacting our operational efficiency and delivery performance. This role is essential to maintain momentum on our 3-year OPEX roadmap, support ongoing DMAIC/Kaizen activities across all operating units, and ensure the site meets its strategic cost, quality, and productivity targets. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma). Diagrams and evaluates existing processes. Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams. Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. Collects data to identify root cause of problems. Measures performance against process requirements. Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls. Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality. May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control. Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes. Communicates team progress. Performs cost and benefit analyses. Lead relayout projects to improve efficiency and capacity Required Knowledge and Experience: Experience in automating manual processes, from traditional to LEAN Line.
