About this role

• Prepare tender submission, handle progress claims & progress payments, VO & finalization of accounts • Research for materials/ furniture/ product costs • Cost estimation • Manage all project cost control from initial calculations to final figures • Handle quotation and pricing with contractors • Evaluating Contractor’s proposal and specifications • Minimize project cost while achieving required standards and quality • Degree/ diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Civil Engineering/ Building • Fluent written and spoken English required • Min 3 years working experience in Singapore, preferably with interior fitting-out work • Responsible, self- motivated and enthusiastic • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word • Able to work on multiple projects, within simultaneous timeline
