Job Summary Plan and oversee bus fleet operations while providing administrative support and performing ad hoc duties to ensure efficient transportation services. Responsibilities Plan and schedule job orders to manage the bus fleet effectively Oversee daily operations of the bus fleet to ensure timely and safe transportation Provide administrative support to maintain accurate records and documentation Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor to support operational needs Communicate clearly and collaborate with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues Work independently to complete tasks responsibly and meet operational goals Required competencies and certifications Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field GCE 'O' level qualification Preferred competencies and qualifications Knowledge of logistics and transportation principles or equivalent experience
